WatAlive
WatAlive is Nudge Initiative’s key project, providing solar-powered water systems to underserved Nigerian communities.
Our MissionTo improve lives in underserved communities by advancing sustainable water access, strengthening community ownership, and driving social progress through research, advocacy, and innovation.
We deliver sustainable, solar-powered water systems and empower communities to manage and protect them for long-term impact.

We raise awareness around water inequity, health, and governance challenges while translating global development goals into locally relevant, actionable solutions.

We focus on long-term impact by rehabilitating and installing solar-powered water systems, strengthening local ownership, and ensuring solutions last beyond project timelines.

Because broken systems, not broken communities, are the root of water inequality. We address the structural gaps in water access by combining infrastructure, community ownership, and accountability to create solutions that last.

Made Possible by the communities we serve, the partners we believe, and the volunteers who show up..
We see a future where all communities have reliable, sustainable water access.
We envision a world where every community has reliable access to clean water, empowering them to sustain it. Clean water is essential for health and opportunity. Our goal is to eliminate barriers caused by broken systems, ensuring lasting water solutions through community-led efforts and sustainable infrastructure.

Turning support into sustainable water access
Every donation directly supports borehole rehabilitation, solar-powered water systems, and community training under the WatAlive project. Over the past year, these efforts have helped restore access to clean water in underserved communities, reduced reliance on unsafe sources, and improved daily living conditions for thousands of households.
Water Projects Supported
Households served through borehole rehabilitation, solar water installations, and WASH education initiatives under WatAlive.

Resource Allocation
